Description
When you register, your organization is provided with a 6-foot table, two chairs and a designated 10′ x 10′ space within the perimeter of the clock tower. We do not provide a canopy though we encourage you to bring one to cover your booth. Please be advised, if you bring a canopy, park rules do not permit staking it into the ground. You must weigh down tents with jugs of water or tent weights. It must also fit within the 10′ x 10′ space you are allotted. Also, according to park rules, vendors cannot sell or give away food or beverages (including water). We have a special opportunity for non-profit organizations seeking to have a booth at Unity in the Community. If you provide us with five or more volunteers for either set-up on August 11th or for tear down the day of the event, August 12th, you can have a free table. Check our volunteer page for times and jobs we need help with. To get a free table or for more information, e-mail nwunity@icloud.com with the names and contact information of your volunteers, upon receipt of 5 we will e-mail you a discount coupon code so you can register online and then deduct the cost. Volunteers can sign up online and put your business name in the comment section. This opportunity is only available for non-profit organizations.
Registration is now open for August 12th 2023
