Booth Registration

If you are interested in having a table in one of our five areas, Youth, Career, Health, Education, or General Vendors, please select one of the options below. Last year we had over 150 vendors and we look forward to you joining us.

When you register, your organization is provided with a 6-foot table, two chairs and a designated 10′ x 10′ space within the perimeter of the clock tower.  We do not provide a canopy though we encourage you to bring one to cover your booth.  Please be advised, if you bring a canopy, park rules do not permit staking it into the ground.  It must also fit within the 10′ x 10′ space you are allotted.  Also, according to park rules, vendors cannot sell or give away food or beverages (including water). We have a special opportunity for non-profit organizations seeking to have a booth at Unity in the Community. If you have five or more volunteers for set-up on August 16th from 1 pm – 6 pm only, you can have a free table. Each volunteer will need to register volunteer page and put your Company Name in the form, upon receipt of 5 we will e-mail you a discount coupon code so you can register for your booth online and then deduct the cost. This opportunity is only available for non-profit organizations.

Release and Indemnity

Participation in Unity means you agree to the following:
Vendor releases and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless NW Unity/UIC, the City of Spokane, their predecessors, successors, affiliates, and assigns, and all of their respective past, present and future officers, directors, elected officials, advisers, employees, contractors, subcontractors, members, volunteers and authorized agents and representatives (the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all Indemnified Claims.  “Indemnified Claims” means any and all claims, actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, demands, judgments, bona fide settlements, penalties, losses, damages, liabilities (including lost profits or consequential damages), costs and expenses of every kind (including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties), whether known or unknown, resulting from, arising out of or related to any (i) act or omission of the Indemnified Parties; (ii) condition of the property owned or controlled by the Indemnified Parties; (iii) breach of any material term or provision of this Contract by Vendor; and (iv) negligent, reckless or willful act, error or omission by Vendor or any of Vendor’s employees, agents or representatives.  This obligation shall continue beyond the termination or expiration of this Contract.
