Unity in the Community is in its 18th year and we are looking forward to seeing you celebrate with us this year on August 18, 2012. The event is at Riverfront Park from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.  Please take this opportunity to review our web site and learn more about the largest multicultural celebration in the Inland Northwest.  Join us on Facebook!

This year participate in the "Where's Waldo Scavenger Hunt" being organized by the youth members of Youth 'N Action.  The event is free and open to anyone interested in participating.  Over $5,000 in prizes will be given away. Check the Youth Day page for more information.
 
As part of Youth Day, Youth 'N Action is awarding the following: Youth Leader Award, Youth Organization Award, Adult Youth Mentor Award, and Youth Volunteer Award.  Take a moment to nominate someone for one of these awards.  Applications can be downloaded in Word or PDF.

One of our most popular events is the Back-to-School Supply Give-Away. We provide students in the K-8 grades with a bag of supplies they need to return to school ready for success. To provide them with these supplies we need individual donations and businesses/nonprofits/organizations to serve as drop-off locations so people can easily donate to this worthy cause. If you are interested in finding out more information about this drive or would like to collect supplies, contact us at info@nwunity.org.
 
Unity in the Community consists of five key vendor areas: Youth Day, Aflac Career and Education Fair, Health Fair, Early Learning Fair, and General Vendors.

Along with our vendors we also have a Cultural Village and a stage consisting of a diverse group of performers and acts to keep you entertained all day. Whatever your age, you will find something to do at Unity.
